Vinification:The grapes were handpicked in the beginning of October. The Grapes have been destemmed and mashed into wooden fermenters for 4 weeks of fermentation. After Malolactic the wine was aged in in 500l and 2.000l Barrels for 18 months. Bottled without filtration.
Vintage info: Many parallels can be drawn to the 2012 vintage. It was hot and dry throughout the year resulting in a solid bloom and good yields. 2015 is supposed to be one of the great Burgenland vintages in recent years. Wines are subtle, harmonic and show a good ageing potential
