Pares Balta Rosa Cusiné 2017

This CAVA is 100% Garnacha Tinta cultivated applying biodynamic farming.

After being harvested, the grapes used to make this cava ferment in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at 16ºC. After this process, the must rests on its lees for three months. During this period there are daily battonages. Then following traditional methods, a second fermentation is then carried out in the bottle.

Before being put onto the market, Rosa Cusiné then ages for at least 26 months in the bottle.
