Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Origins: Three different vineyards with excellent exposure to the sun, each one with its characteristic, find their highest exaltation joined together to become an high quality Barolo.
Type of soil: Limestone.
Harvesting time: October.
Vinification: From 12 to 16 days in thermo-regulated steel tanks with automatic and computerized system of pumping over and punching down operations.
Ageing: After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in 1600 liters French oak barrels, and in some small 400 liters barrels for 36 months. Bottling: It takes place after the necessary fining in a barrel; at least 6 months before being marketed.
Color: Ruby red with garnet reflections.
Nose: Fine and elegant with beautiful shades of cherry, rose and sweet licorice.
Palate: Full and harmonious with soft and elegant tannins, long and persistent.
