Vinification: From 12 to 16 days in thermos-regulated steel tanks equipped with a computerized system for re-passing and milling must automatically.
Ageing: After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in 400 liters French oak barrels for around 30 months.
Bottling: It takes place after the necessary fining in barrel;
The wine remains at least 30 months in bottle before the wine is placed on the market and called “Riserva”.
Color: Intense ruby red.
Nose: Intense aroma, with a spicy, leathery and tobacco nose. Delicately scented with roses and violets, and showing great aromatic complexity.
Palate: Dry, powerful and persistent, rightly tannic.
