Pears, mango and papaya are a pure joy for the
nose, a hint of moist earth adds a bit of mystery. The
taste is rather subtly sweet and beautifully juicy; with
a great play of sweetness and acidity. The tannins
give a long finish and make it round and lushy.

A great friend if you love something slightly Asian-
inspired (but not too spicy!)

Try the combination of glass noodles with shrimp and coriander, a gently
fruity salad with fried tofu or chicken, or – more
Mediterranean – with a strong Roma salad with
cheese and egg.
